City SDK - Supporting Smart City Application Development
ABSTRACT Brief summary describing the proposal for substantially better software development tools, libraries, and common APIs to enable more efficient (faster, cheaper, interoperable, reusable) ways to create, develop, deploy, and maintain Smart City Applications.
